Diet Plan T&Câ€™s
All information given on your diet plan has been professionally calculated by Mike Hind and all calculations are based on â€˜â€™YOUâ€™â€™ this diet is tailored around information you provided and must not be shared/given to/with any other individual. Diet Plans must be given at least 4 weeks of practice before maximum results will take effect, however after 4 weeks you may see great improvements and then hit a plateau, you will need to be reviewed and this is offered at a discounted rate of just Â£20. This is for the review and changes that will be made where needed to help you continue your fitness goals. Diets are non-refundable, once payment is made and diet information has been released you will not be entitled to your money back.Â Please be aware, that with ANY nutritional diet plan your training and performance in the gym/at home must be implemented in conjunction with the diet plan to obtain maximum results. Sticking to the diet plan 100% will ensure you gain THE BEST RESULTS. We advise you to see your medical practitioner (GP) before you undertake any new advice from us regards training or nutrition; you will be signing a consent form to confirm that you understand, that it is your responsibility to read and digest the terms and conditions of our service. All customer details are kept confidential. You must understand by signing the document you are agreeing to abide by the rules of no information sharing, no diet plans, training plans or advice of any kind from Mike Hind Fitness. If we find this apparent then we will take legal action as the intellectual property rights holder of all Mike Hind Fitness documents.
PT Sessions T&Câ€™S
*Please note, personal training must be pre-booked in advance and due to high demand you may be placed on a waiting list. All sessions are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable under any circumstances i.e illness, cancellations etc. You are more than welcome to join us at the gym for a discussion and to get started with a gym membership where we can keep you up to date with personal training slots when available.
You must give at least 48 hoursâ€™ notice prior to cancellation to ensure our trainers can fill that space and book another client preventing loss of time. Cancelling PTâ€™s will result in loss of session.
We are not responsible for you not attending your PT for any reason. So please guys, bare this in mind when booking your sessions.
Our trainers would also like you to make sure you pre attend your PT at least 5-10 minutes prior to your session to ensure your trainer knows you are fit to go ahead with your session and everything is on schedule.
